Maria Caterina and Davide
Parents of three children, who four years ago left our native Italy to pursue a project in the Dominican Republic. Our shared dream: to create 'El Paraíso Residential,' a place where Balinese Zen architecture and minimalist design come together to form a holistic community in the hills, 2 km from the sea in the heart of Sosúa-Cabarete.

Sales Process Timeline
Booking
When the client shows interest, they select their villa and reserve it with a $5,000 initial deposit
Contract
The contract is signed and finalized within 30 days, after review and approval by the buyer’s legal team.
Beginning
40% of the villa's cost is paid upfront to begin construction, covering all work until the gray
stage.
Gray Work
A 30% payment is made to complete the gray work stage, including the villa’s structure and foundation
Finishes
A 20% payment is made before delivery, covering the villa’s final finishing work, interior and
exterior.
Delivery
Delivery of keys and documents happens with the final 10% payment. Welcome to your new residential home!
